As Above So Below Founder Caley Shoemaker Draws on Corporate Experience at a Startup Craft Distillery

New Mexico’s newest distillery opened in Santa Fe late last year, kitted out with a sizable Scottish-style pot still, vodka columns, and a richly decorated cocktail bar and tasting room that wouldn’t seem out of place in San Francisco, Portland, or Austin. The sleekly branded As Above So Below sprung up seemingly fully formed, looking more like an established and well-resourced venue than a startup craft distillery.
