This Limited Release of only 1307 bottles of High Rye Bourbon was created aging bourbon whiskey for 4 years in New American Oak before finishing the spirit for an additional 6 years in french oak casks that previously held Stag’s Leap Cabernet from Pine Ridge Vineyards in Napa Valley, CA.

Created by our Master Distiller, Caley Shoemaker during her time at The Hangar 1 Distillery, this whiskey has been developing delicate notes of cacao, marzipan and dark stone fruit during its long maturation.
