In the mountain desert of Santa Fe, Juniper and Piñon grow in abundance. Because of this, they make the perfect base botanicals for our signature high desert style American Dry Gin, Sigil. Much as a sigil draws power from the combining of words and symbols, this gin expression is made unique by the various New Mexican botanicals working as one to evoke a sense of place, summoning the smells and vibrations of the high desert.
